I am very interested in an accessible equivalent, primarily for ripping the DRM of kindle books so I can read them on my mac. I have Caliber and have gotten some sighted help converting books. Supposedly there is a feature you can use with the app that once set up automatically performs a given conversion. If you don’t want to use calibre, for whatever reason, here is an alternative. The DeDRM application identifies an ebook’s format, and then removes the DRM from that ebook by running the appropriate DRM removal python script. Installing the DeDRM Application. Mac OS X 10.4 only: Install Python 2.7.3.
Keep mac awake app. While you wait for the download to complete, please consider contributing to support the developmentof calibre. https://ctever886.weebly.com/blog/clipper-app-on-mac.
